SIA Pērse L.L.K. was established on January 20, 1993 with catering services as the main activity. Shortly after, we began specializing in patisserie, which quickly became our staple.

To preserve Latvian pastry traditions and recipes based on natural products and ingredients, and to pass them on to the next generations.
